Immediately following your first purchase, you will be enrolled in the NuGEN Customer Coaching Program. You will automatically receive an e-mail invitation providing product information, and an electronic copy of the Product User Guide. A Technical Support Specialist will contact you by telephone for a brief conversation to discuss protocol steps, review critical details, introduce you to additional materials and supplies required, and answer any questions you may have. This program is available to all users of your facility or service lab.
