FL-Ovation™ cDNA Biotin Module V2
The FL-Ovation™ cDNA Biotin Module V2 is designed for fragmentation and labeling of cDNA for analysis on Affymetrix GeneChip® arrays. This product provides a rapid, simple, and easily automatable approach to fragmentation and labeling of up to five µg of cDNA in less than two hours, without the need for any purification steps. The input cDNA is generated with NuGEN's WT-Ovation™ Pico RNA Amplification System or the Ovation™ Biotin System.
The FL-Ovation™ cDNA Biotin Module V2 provides optimized reagent mixes and a protocol to process 12 or 60 cDNA samples (cat.# 4200-12, 4200-60, 4200-A01 [automation]).
FL-Ovation™ cDNA Biotin Module V2 Signal Correlation for two independent WT-Ovation™ Pico System amplifications of 5 ng HeLa RNA, processed with the FL-Ovation™ cDNA Biotin Module V2 and analyzed on GeneChip® arrays, show a high R2 signal correlation of 0.99 with a call concordance of 93.25%.
